Claremont Distilled Spirits produces its products from grain to bottle. The entire production process, including mashing, fermentation, distillation, aging, and bottling is done on premise at our distillery in Fairfield, New Jersey. Additionally, Claremont uses locally sourced ingredients in the production of our spirits.
Joining less than three percent of the world's vodkas, all Claremont Vodkas are produced from potatoes. Claremont believes that despite their higher cost and difficulty to work with in production, potatoes produce a superior vodka.
Claremont Vodka offers smooth buttery flavors resulting from our potato fermentation. Our small batch distillation process allows us to hand select our cuts thus capturing the cleanest parts of the distilled "hearts" guaranteeing smoothness. Distilled the equivalent of more than twenty times through our dual column reflux still, this vodka offers soft subtle nougat flavors and an extremely crisp finish.
Claremont Vodka is the only spirit from New Jersey to be awarded two gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition the most prestigious spirits competition in the world. In addition, it was rated a top 100 spirit of 2016 by Wine Enthusiast Magazine earning a 93-point rating.
Claremont's all-natural blueberry vodka captures the essence of the state's official fruit with no artificial flavors or syrups. We take advantage of New Jersey being one of the largest producers of blueberries in the nation and are proud that Hammonton, NJ is considered "the blueberry capital of the world." The combination of all-natural blueberry flavors and our potato -based vodka results in a refreshing, slightly sweet, and smooth vodka.
Claremont's peach flavored vodka is made with all-natural peach flavors capturing the rich essence of one of New Jersey's most prized fruits. Peaches have been grown in the state since the early 1600's when settlers first recognized that New Jersey's soil and climate provided ideal growing conditions for producing flavorful and luscious peaches. Incorporating these flavors with our potato vodka results in a product with ripe peach flavors and rich layers that is refreshing and elegant.
Claremont produces a variety of Bourbons and American Whiskeys. These spirits are distilled on a traditional pot still under constant human monitoring guaranteeing optimal cuts for the finest flavors. These spirits are then barrel aged, on site, with perfection in mind.

A collaboration between Claremont Distilled Spirits and Flying Fish Brewery. Claremont took the wort from Flying Fish's Abbey Dubbel Belgian Style Ale, fermented, distilled, and aged for 30 months in New American Oak cask. The result is a truly unique whiskey.
